A new tradition begins at Bailey APAC as four scholars are inducted into the school’s first Chi Alpha Mu National Math Club, recognizing hard work, academic achievement, and commitment to excellence in mathematics.

Our school had a fantastic time celebrating Read Across America Week, a nationwide event that encourages students to discover the joy of reading. Throughout the week, our scholars joined in the fun with themed days, creative outfits, and plenty of time spent with great books.

Dorothy Fyke, a 6th grader at Bailey APAC Middle School, claimed first place, and Avery Dantzler, a 4th grader at Obama Magnet Elementary School, earned second place. Their strong performances highlighted a big day for JPS at this year’s countywide competition.
